CareJournal Hub provides a digital platform for family caregivers and Geriatric Care Managers ("GCMs") to organize, track, and coordinate care for aging loved ones. Features include medication tracking, appointment management, care journaling, and family collaboration tools.

3. User Accounts

4. Subscription and Payments

Some aspects of the Service are provided for a fee (e.g., GCM Partner plans). You agree to pay all applicable fees in connection with your use of the Service.
4.2 Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period (e.g., 14 days). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you may be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of any data, text, or other materials you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

In no event shall CareJournal Hub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CareJournal Hub and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CareJournal Hub is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
