How to Use Ethical Features

  1. Toggle AI on/off: Settings → Privacy & AI
  2. Understand insights: Click "💡" on any AI suggestion to see why it was generated
  3. Report problems: Click "🚩" to flag problematic insights
  4. Export data: Settings → Data Management → Download PDF or JSON
  5. Delete account: Settings → Data Management → Delete Account (permanent, irreversible)
